‘Install CT scanner in TRIHMS’

ITANAGAR, May 30: The All Arunachal Contractors’ Welfare Association (AACWA) has expressed its displeasure on the non-installation of CT scanner at Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (TRIHMS) at Naharlagun.

In a release, AACWA said that many patients coming from far-flung areas of the state for medical treatments to TRIHMS have to leave half way as the institute has no CT scan facilities. Many poor patients leave the treatment because private laboratories take exorbitant fees for CT scan which they can’t afford, claimed AACWA and urged Director TRIHMS to look into the matter.
