Nyongom Borang mourned

PASIGHAT, Jul 11: The officers and staff of DC office here led by Deputy Commissioner Tamiyo Tatak today mourned the demise of retired APCS officer Nyongom Borang, who breathed his last on July 10 at his Mirsam village residence after a prolonged illness. He is survived by three sons and two daughters.

Born to Kokyol Borang and Komro Borang in 1945, Nyongom started his career as LDA in 1963 and served the State in various capacities such as LDC, UDC, Circle Officer, BDO and EAC and retired in December 2002 as SDO. (DIPRO)
