Implement all state and central projects as per norms: APEDA Chairman

ITANAGAR, Sep 21: MLA-cum-APEDA Chairman Wanglam Sawin has called upon the Arunachal Pradesh Energy Development Agency that all the state and central projects being taken up by the latter be implemented as per norms, coupled with timely completion of those.

Addressing an interactive cum review meeting on various projects at Jall Vidut Bhawan here today, the Chairman asserted that no compromise shall be made on quality of works and delay in implementation of schemes by any Division.

He appealed to all officers to work with a team spirit for all-round development of the State. While appreciating the officers for their working spirit despite the problems confronting them, he encouraged them to render their best services for the cause of the State.

Sawin also urged the officers to capitalize on innovative programmes like ‘Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ introduced by the present govt under the dynamic leadership of CM Pema Khandu.

He further appealed the Director and other seniors of the Agency to guide and administer their subordinate officers properly for effective administration and implementation of various schemes.

During interaction with the field Officers, the Chairman gave them ‘magic mantra’ of ‘Responsibility- Accountability-Transparency’ to avoid any litigation during their service tenure.

In his speech, Director Marki Loy highlighted the major ongoing centrally sponsored schemes in the state and timely completion of all pending projects.

The officers highlighted some of their grievances and problems being faced by them in implementing the schemes and projects timely, according to an official release.
