ITANAGAR, Oct 11: The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee has condoled the untimely demise of former Minister Tadik Chije, who breathed his last on Oct 10 at his Nirjuli rented apartment after a prolonged illness. Recalling the veteran leader’s immense contribution to the State, APCC said his untimely demise has caused an irreparable loss for the State and he will always be remembered as an inspiring leader for his contribution for the welfare of people of Arunachal Pradesh. The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) has also mourned the demise of ex-Minister Tadik Chije and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.

Meanwhile, Parliamentary Secretary and Govt Spokesperson Pasang Dorjeee Sona today expressed grief over the death of former minister Tadik Chije.

“I am extremely sad and shocked to know about the untimely demise of Tadik Chije. With his passing away, the state in general and Mechukha sub-division in particular has lost a great son of the soil whose contribution to the state and its people are unparalleled,” Sona said in his condolence message to the bereaved family.

Sona, the Mechukha MLA said that late Chije will always be remembered through his dedicated service towards society. Sona prayed to almighty god for eternal peace of the departed soul and also to bestow enough strength to the bereaved family members to bear the irreparable loss.
