PASIGHAT, Feb 22: The risers (students) of class VII namely Kago Mobin and Marto Nyodu have brought laurels to the Sainik School, East Siang.
Kago has been awarded for ‘inspire awardsmanak, 2020-21’ for preparation of science project and to participate in the DLEPCs, organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, GoI.
According to school authority, altogether nine students from 25 districts of Arunachal Pradesh have been selected and Kago is one of them. Moreover, he is the lone student of class-VII from the entire Sainik Schools of India who has been shortlisted with Rs 10,000 and selected for the next level competition. After the official registration for the competition, Kago had taken online guidance/task from the concerned subject teacher and motivated by the school Principal.
While Marto participated in a national level contest ‘TCS iONIntelliGem 2021’ and secured his position for the pre-finals. He was ranked in the top 12 in their grade-topic across the country. As a token of appreciation, he has also received Rs 10,000 gift voucher for development of his project and a digital certificate of distinction from the “TCS”.
Principal Sainik School, Lt Col Rajesh Singh congratulated the students, parents and the staff and expressed his endeavor to empower each and every riser to discover their true potential and success as individuals. (DIPRO)
