ITANAGAR, May 12: As part of Hamara Arunachal Abhiyan (HAA), the Capital District Administration in collaboration with APEDA today installed 25 solar street lights at the IG Park here to defeat deceitful practices and step up safety measures.
Speaking on the ‘development’, the ICC DC in-charge Talo Potom has thanked the APEDA and hoped that with the installation of street lights, unscrupulous activities inside the IG Park would be kept at bay. He requested the denizens of Itanagar Capital Complex to refrain from causing any damage to the public asset, saying it will not only benefit those who go there for a stroll, walk or exercise but will also provide safety to everyone who pass through it.
The installation programme was facilitated by EAC Datum Gadi. He also informed that solar high mast lights will also be installed at the park “soon”. (DIPRO)
