ITANAGAR, May 12: Lower Subansiri Zilla Parishad Chairperson Likha Sangchhore has mourned the sudden demise of former Minister Jotam Toko Takam, who breathed his early Tuesday morning while being taken to a Dibrugarh hospital for treatment.
“Late Takam was a stalwart figure in the socio-political scene of Yachuli constituency. His demise is a great loss not only for the people of Yachuli constituency but the entire State in general. He will always be remembered as a trailblazer in his field and his legacy will be cherished,” said the ZPC while extending heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
