APSACS conducts training on e-Office

NAHARLAGUN, Jun 10: In a bid to equip its officers with the knowhow of various aspects of e-Office, the Arunachal Pradesh State AIDS Control Society (APSACS) has organized a training programme on e-Office at its office premises here on Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, APSACS Project Director Dr Riken Rina said that the e-Office is the buzzword today. It will help in speeding up the file process while maintaining transparency at the same time. Every official needs to learn e-Office in order to make it successful, he added.

Attending the program as resource person, Nodal Officer for e-Office in the Health Department, Dr Nabam Peter explained in detail the technicalities involved in e-Office. He also explained the procedure through a practical demonstration, during which the e-Office account of the Project Director was made operational.

APSACS Dy Director (IEC) Tashor Pali while participating in the training said that the e-Office with the advancement of technology will become sine qua non for any establishment in the coming days. Once it is onboard and materialised, the e-Office will make work of the office easier and faster, he said.

All the officers and staff members from APSACS, SBTC, Bio Waste Management, and State Drug Control Society took part in the training.
