‘Sarkar Apke Dwar’ camp conducted at Dutongkhar

TAWANG, Jan 19: The Tawang district administration today conducted its seventh round of ‘Sarkar Apke Dwar’ camp at the Dutongkhar circle headquarters, wherein several Govt departments delivered their services to the beneficiaries at their doorsteps.

The camp was inaugurated by Lungla ADC Tashi Dhondup in presence of EAC cum DPO (Tawang) Choiki Dondup, CO (Dutongkhar) Nawang Thutan and other head of offices and officers from Tawang and Lungla. After the inauguration of the camp, the ADC took round of all the departmental stalls and asked all to follow Covid-19 SOPs strictly.

During the camp, the Education Department provided CCTV set, computers and water filters for Namtsering residential school, computer sets and water filters for Kuntse upper primary school and mathematics and science kits for Tsangkhar primary school.

The Electrical Department collected electricity revenue of around Rs 40,000 from its various customers. Horticulture deptt gave awareness on vermicompost, wherein 12 beneficiaries were registered under Hortnet and five applications received under Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana. Agriculture deptt provided subsidized vegetable seeds to farmers and received application under Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojana. The other departments also provided their services to the villagers of Bletteng, Loudung, Buri, Dongmareng, Tsangkhar, Dutongkhar, Namtsering and Muktur under Dutongkhar circle.

Meanwhile, ADC (HQs) Lobsang Tsering inspected the village sanitation and other developmental activities under Dutongkhar circle. He also visited the Govt horticultural farm at Namtsering alongwith DHO S Rahman and other officers. (DIPRO)
