ITANAGAR, Oct 6: On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, the public of C-Sector, Naharlagun organized a mass social service programme with Corporator Gyamar Tuvin, Naharlagun EAC Likha Radh and 14-ward member, C-sector Naharlagun, Kipa Hipik.
On the day, the foundation stone for the foothpath link road from C-sector Thella Basti to Prem Nagar, Naharlagun was also laid by the Ward No. 14 Corporator Gyamar Tuvin in presence of the EAC and the Ward member.
