ITANAGAR, Oct 6: The Traditional Council of Adi called 'Kebang' is the most democratic form of tribal councils. The women wing of ABK is doing a commendable job by spearheading various movements against social evils like drug menace. It needs to be emulated by other communities of the State. Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein said this when the new executive bodies of Adi Baane Kebang (apex), Adi Baane Ane Kebang (Women Wing) and Adi Baane Yameng Kebang (Youth Wing) along with Lok Sabha MP Tapir Gao made a courtesy calle on him at his residence on Thursday.
