ITANAGAR, May 29: Alien Versions, an early-stage startup from the State (supported by the AP State Council for Science & Technology) on Sunday held the Investor Connect Meet, an online meet with potential investors, entrepreneurs and others.
Among those present were CD Mungyak (Director APSCS&T), Sadique M (project head, Arunachal Pradesh Innovation and Investment Park, APIIP), Anto Rukbo (entrepreneur, author, social activist), Anang Tadar (entrepreneur, innovator), Sankalp Sinha (entrepreneur, founder 3d banao Incorporated) and others.
Mungyak, in his speech, gave a brief of how Innovation Hub, Itanagar and APSCS&T are helping ideas to be converted into market products since its establishment in the State. “It’s a great achievement, we are very happy that our support has led someone to such innovation into the market,” he said “while urging the APIIP to guide and help the company grow further”.
Sadique stated how APIIP is helping ideas and innovation from Arunachal Pradesh becoming successful ventures and how to apply at APIIP. “Investment is the current need in Arunachal entrepreneurship ecosystem, it can help in closing the funding gap, mentorship, guidance and to give validation and credibility to a business,” he added.
Later, he spoke about “some of the success stories of their cohort members encouraging the investment culture and the entrepreneurial culture of the State”.
Ha Tade (founder, Alien Versions) made an investment pitch for their new market product called ‘FuelV’, which is a patented, smart, new, technical replaceable fuel cap for vehicles that can show the amount of fuel entering the vehicle in every fueling cycle in its display in smartphone through its mobile app.
This innovation showed potential to end all the means of fuel fraud practice in many of the fuelling stations in the country and also the ecosystem of vehicle drivers scamming their owners by showing a higher fuel bill.
“Our vision with FuelV is to save every penny with every fuelling for our customers,” he said. “We want to have a product from Arunachal Pradesh in the global market,” he added while drawing the investment opportunity in the company to all investors.
All investors and entrepreneurs showed keen interest to be a part of the venture.
The meet ended with the ‘startup’ encouraging the people of the State to pre-order the product (FuelV) from the official website of the company: alienversions.com.
