ITANAGAR, Aug 30: As part of the National Sports Day celebration, PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya Tenga Valley organized the first ever Inter-School Competition in which three schools—Army Public School Tenga Valley, Roopland Public School, Rupa and Pinewood School, Rupa participated.
The event was initiated by Brig James Thomas, Dy GOC, 5 Mtn Div and Chairman, VMC, KV Tenga Valley.
The inter-school competition, which comprised several contests, was a fusion of talent, imagination, creativity and alertness. The participants prepared zealously to excel in events like painting competition, quizzes, debate alongside the sporting events such as athletics, volleyball and football.
