Itanagar, Mar 13: Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Thursday conducted a detailed review of crucial border road projects in Tawang district with Brigadier Sanjeet Singh, Chief Engineer of HQ Project Vartak.
The meeting focused on key infrastructure developments undertaken by the Border Roads Organization (BRO) to enhance connectivity, security, and regional growth, official sources said.
The Chief Minister expressed gratitude to BRO for their dedication and commitment to strengthening the border infrastructure.
He emphasized the importance of timely completion of these strategic projects for the benefit of both civilians and the armed forces, sources added.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister held a productive discussion with Brahmaputra Board Chairman Dr Ranbir Singh and his team on strengthening cooperation in water resource management.
Their talks focused on key areas such as spring shed management and tackling flood-related challenges in the state, officials said.
