The youths of Sangdupota circle in Papum Pare district today put up a complete obstruction through bamboo on the road leading to several villages of the circle. They have made the block near Moin village, ahead of Ganga Lake between Poma on the NH, restricting entry of all outsiders in the area. They also appealed one and all including guests not to come during the countrywide lockdown in view of the outbreak of novel Coronavirus. Photo-Manoj Singh
