LONGDING, Nov 20: Various issues related to law and order, waste management, drug abuse, healthcare facilities, availability of water, education, Covid-19 SOPs, etc were discussed in a coordination cum interactive meeting held under the chairmanship of Longding DC Bani Lego here at the DC’s office on Thursday.
In his address, the DC emphasized on the need to have coordination amongst all officials and to work as a team in order to bring positive changes in the district. He further told the officials to perform their duties diligently without fear and favour. He reiterated the need to overhaul the public service delivery system by making it efficient and people friendly.
Earlier, the officials concerned shared various issues and concerns related to their respective departments. The main agenda of the meeting was to facilitate interaction among all the HoDs and administrative officers with the newly-posted Deputy Commissioner, stated Circle Officer Gyamar Amte. (DIPRO)
