ITANAGAR, Nov 21: Marking the NCC Day, a blood donation camp was organized at TRIHMS, Naharlagun on Saturday by the NCC unit of DNGC, Itanagar in collaboration with 1 AP Bn NCC, Naharlagun and Arunachal Pradesh State AIDS Control Society (APSACS).
During the camp, 21 cadets including and six female cadets donated blood. Earlier, ANO (associate NCC officer), DNGC, Lt Agin Taboh briefed the cadets about the benefits of blood donation in presence of Doni Taying, Coordinator, APSACS, and Lt Dr Achyut Sarkar, ANO, NIT-AP, Yupia.
Later, Col Kaushal Kar also visited the blood donation camp and motivated the participating cadets. He also encouraged all students to participate in such noble services in any walk of life.
