Itanagar, Jan 10: The Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, GoAP has invited applications for providing one-time financial assistance to students pursuing “Commercial Pilot License (CPL) course” from the institutions approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Govt of India, for the academic year 2024-25. It said, the notification and guidelines and the application form are available in the DHTE Office here and in its website www.apdhte.nic.in. The eligible students willing to apply may submit the application form (offline) at the office of DHTE (Stipend Branch) on or before January 31. The financial assistance will be provided as per the guidelines of the State Govt.
