Itanagar, Oct 31: Chief Minister Pema Khandu today inaugurated the newly constructed Jang LAMPS Ltd Guest House at Parvatinagar, Tezpur, Assam, marking a significant milestone in the cooperative’s commitment to community welfare and service.
The guest house, built with meticulous planning and modern design, aims to provide comfortable and affordable accommodation for patients, their attendants, and travellers visiting Tezpur for medical treatment or official work.
The Chief Minister appreciated the dedicated efforts of Lobsang Tashi, Chairman, Jang LAMPS Ltd, for efficiently steering the project and acknowledged the valuable contribution and guidance of former Chairman and present Tawang ZPC Leki Gombu, under whose leadership quality work was carried out.
“The guest house stands as a testament to Jang LAMPS’ vision of community-oriented development and welfare,” Khandu remarked.
Later, the Chief Minister held a cordial interaction with the officers and staff of the Govt of Arunachal Pradesh posted under the Deputy Resident Commissioner, Tezpur, where he reviewed ongoing work and discussed measures to enhance efficiency and coordination among departments.
