CHANGLANG, Apr 21: With Changlang district of Arunachal Pradesh being selected for the Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Administration 2022 for its initiative, New Age Learning Centre (NALC), in the category of ‘innovation-district’, the 16th Civil Services Day turned out to be a proud moment for the district as Deputy Commissioner Sunny K Singh IAS was awarded by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today.
The DC received the award from PM Modi at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on Friday coinciding with the 16th Civil Services Day celebration. (DIPRO)
