ArSRLM holds dist level orientation on DDU-GKY & RSETI

YACHULI, Mar 12: The Arunachal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ArSRLM) successfully organized a one-day district level orientation on the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) and Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) at Yachuli in Keyi Panyor district.

The event aimed to raise awareness and encourage active participation from key stakeholders at the district, block, and village levels.

The orientation witnessed the presence of Shweta Nagarkoti Mehta, Deputy Commissioner Keyi Panyor, and Additional Deputy Commissioner Keyi Panyor Likha Teji along with representatives from Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs), Cluster Level Federations (CLFs), Primary Level Federations (PLFs), and Self-Help Group (SHG) members.

Speaking at the event, the DC underscored the importance of collaborative efforts to enhance the schemes’ impact. She also urged all stakeholders to actively support the mission to empower rural youth through DDU-GKY and RSETI initiatives.

Addressing the gathering, Keyi Panyor Trade Development Officer Tai Arun emphasized the significance of convergence between various schemes and departments to maximize the overall impact of these initiatives.

Nabam Ompi, State Mission Manager (SMM) - MPBGKY, conducted a detailed technical session highlighting the key features and achievements of the DDU-GKY and RSETI programs under ArSRLM.

Additionally, Jadumoni Bharali Baruah, Manager - QME from Ernst & Young LLP, Technical Support Agency (TSA) of DDU-GKY, ArSRLM, presented insights into the key aspects of DDU-GKY 2.0.

The program was coordinated by Techi Totu, District Coordinator-Yachuli, DDU-GKY, ArSRLM.

The event concluded with an engaging interactive session, where participants shared their concerns and suggestions to improve the outreach and effectiveness of the schemes within the district. (DIPRO)
