AALO, Dec 17: The 27th Ponii foundation day was celebrated on Sunday last with great enthusiasm and a sense of unity at Kamki, marking another milestone in the rich legacy of the Ponii clan.
The celebration began with the hoisting of the Ponii flag by Minken Kamki, a respected senior member of the clan. The solemn and proud moment was followed by the “Ponii anthem”, sung collectively by all members present, creating an atmosphere of togetherness, pride, and cultural reverence.
A large gathering of Ponii members from nearby villages participated in the event. On the occasion, the members shared valuable suggestions, expressed their commitment, and deliberated on preparations to ensure successful conduct of the upcoming conference.
The celebration concluded with a renewed resolve to uphold the values, unity, and cultural heritage of the Ponii community, while working collectively towards the success of the forthcoming MKS conference at Kamki.
