PASIGHAT, Feb 7: Siang Trust conducted free health camps at Katan, Adi-Pasi (Sibuk), Dalbing and Likor villages in Upper Siang district.
A team of experts including Medicine Specialist Dr Nyaru Kadu, Child Specialist Dr Nini Kadu, retired Additional Directors Dr Saibal Bhattacharjee & Dr Runi Tasung, Dental Surgeon Dr Animesh Bhattacharjee, Ayush doctors Dr Rashmi Sahoo & Dr Vivek Anand, and medical staff extended their service during the camp.
Besides Siang Trust president Group Captain (rtd) Mohonto Panging Pao, supporting staff and representatives of Siang Trust who participated in the camp, GBs, village secretary and elders of Ledum and nearby villages also assisted in the conduct of the camp.
A total of 120 patients including senior citizens were examined. Free pressure tests and sugar tests were done, and also free medicines were distributed during the camp. (DIPRO)
