ITANAGAR, Feb 9: The Arunachal Pradesh Employees’ Welfare Federation (APEWF) has sought review of recruitment notice/advertisement No.02/26 and office memo No. APSSB -13/3/2026/821 dated January 28, 2026 relating to the combined limited departmental competitive examination (CLDCE), 2026.
The Federation, in its letter to the State Chief Secretary, reasoned that the CLDCE for in-service staff is not justified as most contingent staff have been rendering services for 10-15 years and possess adequate experience, skills and departmental exposure.
It also said that the senior and long serving personnel fear that they may not qualify the written examination.
APEWF said that the vacancies could be addressed through the established regularization process via departmental promotion committee (DPC). It further said that the notice does not provide any clear or separate provision in various categories of post for fresh candidates.
