PAPU NALLAH, Apr 17: An awareness programme-cum-demonstration on fire safety was conducted for employees of the twin departments of Information & Public Relations and Stationery & Printing at the office premises here on Friday.
The programme was organised by the Naharlagun Fire Station as part of Fire Service Week observance from April 14 to 20 on the theme “Safe School, Safe Hospital and Fire Safety Aware Society – Together for Fire Prevention.”
Sub-Inspector Komkir Amo, along with his team, conducted the session with practical demonstrations on fire safety techniques. He elaborated on preventive measures and safety protocols to minimise fire hazards and avoid untoward incidents.
Employees from both departments, including senior officers, actively participated in the programme, which provided valuable insights into fire prevention and safety practices aimed at protecting life and property. (DIPR)
