Indian Army marks first anniversary of Operation Sindoor at Mechuka

ITANAGAR, May 2: The Indian Army commemorated the first anniversary of Operation Sindoor at the Government Higher Secondary School, Mechuka in Shi Yomi district with active participation from students, teachers and local residents.

The event aimed to highlight the operational significance of Operation Sindoor and raise awareness about the Army’s role, capabilities and preparedness. A detailed presentation was conducted, outlining the planning, execution and key outcomes of the operation, providing attendees with insights into the Army’s commitment to national security in challenging terrains.
