BOMDILA, May 16: A five-day “PEAK POTENTIAL – Adventure & Leadership Training Program” was inaugurated at Wanghoo village in West Kameng district with the objective of nurturing leadership qualities, discipline, adventure spirit, and self-confidence among young students.
The initiative, organised by renowned mountaineer Dr Anshu Jamsenpa, focuses on transformational life training aimed at helping students discover their true potential while developing courage, resilience, and determination to face future challenges confidently.
Speaking at the inaugural programme, MLA Tseten Chombay appreciated the efforts of Dr Jamsenpa and her dedicated team for launching a meaningful initiative for the younger generation. He stated that such programmes play an important role in empowering youth, inspiring resilience, and guiding them towards growth and excellence.
The MLA also extended his best wishes for successful conduct of the programme and encouraged participants to make full use of the enriching learning experience.
Dignitaries present at the occasion included Brig (Retd) Surendra Prasad, DIG SSB Kamal Kanth, SP Dorjee Wangdi Thongon, ADC (Bomdila) Ashok Tajo, Lt Col Rudra Thapa and Principal of Govt College Bomdila, Dr Tashi Phuntso.
