APPEIRC bids farewell to Dr Joram Aniya on appointment to NITI Aayog

Itanagar, May 17: Arunachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Commission (APPEIRC) on Sunday accorded a heartfelt farewell to former APPEIRC member Dr Joram Aniya following her appointment as full-time Member of NITI Aayog, New Delhi.

Speaking at the programme, APPEIRC Chairperson Tsering Naksang appreciated the valuable contributions and dedicated service rendered by Dr Aniya during her tenure as Member of the Commission. He highlighted her efforts towards strengthening the functioning of the regulatory body and promoting quality education in the state.

The officers and staff of the Commission also expressed gratitude for her guidance, professionalism, and humble nature, which earned her admiration and respect among colleagues and stakeholders.

On behalf of the APPEIRC family, Naksang extended best wishes to Dr Aniya for her new assignment at NITI Aayog and expressed confidence that her experience and expertise would contribute significantly towards national development and policy planning.

Addressing the gathering, Dr Aniya thanked the Commission Chairperson, officers, and staff for their cooperation and support during her tenure. She stated that under the leadership of the Chief Minister and the Education Minister, the corresponding rules under the APPEIRC Act, 2017, along with the Mother Act, would soon be notified to ensure effective functioning of higher educational institutions and strengthen quality education in the state.

She also expressed gratitude for the warm farewell accorded to her and conveyed her best wishes to the Commission for its continued success and progress.
