BJP leaders, residents attend Mann Ki Baat broadcast at Pongchau

LONGDING, Jun 28: The 135th episode of Mann Ki Baat was collectively heard at Pongchau in Longding district on Sunday, with BJP leaders, party workers and local residents gathering to listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's address.

The programme was attended by BJP State president Kaling Moyong, MLA Honchun Ngandam, DoTCL Chairman Tangpho Wangnaw, BJP general secretary Junty Singpho and vice president Ashok Sangchoju, ZPMs and other public representatives.

Speaking on the occasion, Moyong said it was inspiring to listen to the Prime Minister’s message and noted that Arunachal Pradesh is witnessing rapid development under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Pema Khandu. He also highlighted the tourism potential of the Pongchau region and expressed confidence that it would emerge as a prominent tourist destination in the coming years.

MLA Ngandam said road connectivity has reached nearly all parts of the constituency, resulting in significant infrastructure improvements and accelerated development. He reiterated his commitment to ensuring continued progress and improved facilities for the people.

The programme concluded with leaders and party workers reaffirming their commitment to public welfare, grassroots development and nation-building.
