ICCW-AP invites nominations for Bravery Awards 2026

ITANAGAR, Jul 10: The Indian Council for Child Welfare–Arunachal Pradesh (ICCW-AP) has invited nominations for the ICCW Bravery Awards 2026 from children and youth who have displayed exceptional courage and bravery in the face of adversity.

The awards will be presented in two categories. The Child Award is open to individuals aged 6 to 18 years, while the Youth Award is meant for those in the 18 to 24 years age group.

Awardees will receive medals, certificates and citations, cash prizes, and educational sponsorship.

According to ICCW-AP, applications must be recommended by the district administration, district superintendent of police, Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, chief executive officers or managing directors of media houses, or any retired government officer.

All eligible nominations received by ICCW-AP will be scrutinized before being forwarded to the Indian Council for Child Welfare (ICCW), New Delhi, for consideration under the national bravery awards.

The guidelines and application form can be downloaded from the "ICCW Arunachal Pradesh" Facebook page. The last date for submission of applications is September 7, 2026. Completed application forms should be emailed to iccwarunachal@gmail.com.
