Speaking on the occasion, the dignitaries described Arunachal Vision as an important academic platform for documenting region-specific issues, promoting evidence-based research and preserving indigenous knowledge. They said the journal reflects the college's commitment to fostering a vibrant research culture and advancing academic excellence in higher education.

In his editorial note, Dr Temin Payum acknowledged the contributions of the editorial team, authors, reviewers and the college administration in reviving the publication despite various challenges.

The college also announced that the journal will soon transition to an online format under the new title, Jawaharlal Nehru College Research Journal (Online), to be hosted on the institution's official website. The move is expected to enhance the journal's accessibility, visibility and academic outreach while integrating it with contemporary scholarly communication platforms.

The revival of Arunachal Vision is expected to strengthen the research ecosystem in Arunachal Pradesh and encourage original, region-focused scholarship among faculty members and students.
