NAMSAI, Sep 1: Arunachal University of Studies (AUS), in collaboration with Apollo Hospitals, organised a campus recruitment drive for nursing graduates at the university campus here on Monday, providing job opportunities to nursing graduates from across Arunachal Pradesh.
The recruitment drive was open to graduates and students of AUS as well as candidates from other colleges and universities in the state. A total of 90 nursing graduates participated in the selection process, of whom 60 candidates were shortlisted for further recruitment proceedings.
Philip Masih, Zonal Head, Apollo Hospitals, along with members of the hospital’s recruitment team, interacted with the candidates and conducted the selection process.
The drive provided participating candidates an opportunity to explore career prospects with Apollo Hospitals and interact directly with its recruitment representatives.
Vice-Chancellor of AUS Prof Ajeya Jha, Rector Prof DS Hernwal and other dignitaries were present during the programme.
The initiative marked an effort towards strengthening industry-academia linkages and facilitating career opportunities for trained healthcare professionals in the state.
