ITANAGAR, Sep 29: Seva Sankalp Abhiyan camps were organised across several districts of Arunachal Pradesh on Tuesday aligning with the state government’s flagship Seva Aapke Dwar initiative, bringing a wide range of government services, welfare schemes and citizen-centric facilities closer to people at their respective localities.
The outreach campaign was conducted in Tawang, East Siang, Lower Subansiri, Lohit, Dibang Valley, West Kameng and Bichom districts, with participation from multiple government departments, banks, service providers, elected representatives, PRI members and community representatives.
In the Itanagar Capital Region (ICR), a camp was organised at Indira Gandhi Park, attended by MLA Techi Kaso as chief guest and Itanagar Municipal Corporation Mayor Likha Nari Tadar as guest of honour. Deputy Commissioner, ICR, Toko Babu, the Deputy Mayor, IMC, heads of departments and senior district officials were present.
The District Medical Office, Department of Economics and Statistics, IMC, District Food and Civil Supplies Office, District Transport Office, Jan Suvidha at the DC Office, Urban ICDS and Child Welfare Committee participated in the camp.
Medical services included eye and dental check-ups, TB and NCD screening, immunisation and counselling, along with registration for PM-JAY, CMAAY and ABHA IDs. Citizens were also assisted with LPG and electricity connections. The IMC facilitated birth and death certificates, trade licence forms and other civic services.
Hundreds of people attended the camp and availed themselves of the facilities.
In Tawang, the district administration organised the camp at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office Complex. Residents were provided assistance under schemes and services including Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Yojana, AB-PMJAY, Aadhaar enrolment and updation, besides ST and PRC and birth certificates, electricity-related services and NCD clinic facilities.
Officials assisted beneficiaries with applications, documentation and other formalities. Essay writing, written and debate competitions were also organised for junior and senior categories at Government Upper Primary School, PWD Colony. In-charge Deputy Commissioner Rinchin Leta administered a Non-Violence and Peace Pledge to participants.
In East Siang, Seva Setu camps were conducted simultaneously in all three Assembly constituencies. The camp for Pasighat West was held at Government Higher Secondary School, Sille; Pasighat East at Government Higher Secondary School, Balek; and Mebo at Government Secondary School, Borguli (New). Officials from various departments, banking institutions and other agencies provided information and assistance regarding eligible government schemes and services, including on-the-spot facilitation.
At Hija in Lower Subansiri, the multi-departmental camp saw participation from more than 25 government departments. Services included ST, birth, death, PRC and income certificates, health check-ups, child immunisation, diagnostic tests and enrolment under CMAAY, PM-JAY, Dulari Kanya and Janani Suraksha Yojana.
Agriculture and allied departments facilitated applications for PM-Kisan, Soil Health Cards, Atmanirbhar Krishi and Pashu Palan Yojanas, besides livestock treatment. Banking, postal and social welfare teams assisted with account opening, financial literacy, Aadhaar/ration-card seeding, scholarships and pension processing.
In Lohit district, the programme was held at Loiliang, where Tezu-Sunpura MLA Dr Mohesh Chai interacted with villagers and encouraged them to use the platform to raise local grievances and development concerns with the concerned departments.
ADC Tezu Sotailum Bellai stressed the importance of proper follow-up by officials for timely resolution of issues. Departmental officials also briefed residents on various welfare schemes and services.
A mega outreach camp was organised at Etalin in Dibang Valley, bringing together services related to healthcare, social security, agriculture and horticulture, housing, energy, financial inclusion and livelihood generation.
Deputy Commissioner Yashwant Meena said the administration was committed to ensuring that welfare schemes translate into accessible services for every eligible beneficiary.
ZPC Sadu Mihu encouraged youth to take advantage of government livelihood and self-employment programmes, particularly in agriculture and horticulture.
In West Kameng, Seva Sankalp camps were conducted at Bhalukpong, Lungdur and Dirang. At Bhalukpong, Thrizino-Buragaon MLA Tenzin Nima Glow interacted with officials and beneficiaries, while the Lungdur camp covered Lungdur, Bethelling, Adola and Dengzi villages. The Dirang camp was attended by PRI representatives, Gaon Burahs, departmental officials and local residents. The camps facilitated information, registration and access to Central and State government schemes.
In Bichom district, the campaign was held at the Chindang Multipurpose Centre at Sungji Ground, Nafra, under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Tom Ratan. Services included assistance for ST and PRC, birth and death certificates, educational scholarships, agriculture and horticulture schemes, veterinary services, banking and financial inclusion, electricity and water services, SHG schemes and health check-ups. Beneficiaries were also provided assistance under various government schemes at the venue.
The district administrations said the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan was aimed at strengthening last-mile delivery of public services, creating greater awareness about government schemes and enabling eligible citizens to access benefits through a single-window outreach mechanism.
The participation of local representatives and community leaders also helped facilitate direct interaction between citizens and government departments.
YAZALI: The District Administration, Keyi Panyor today organized a Seva Sankalp Abhiyan Camp at Govt Sec School, Pitapool under Yazali circle with the objective of taking citizen-centric government services and welfare schemes closer to the people, particularly those residing in remote and rural areas, while promoting the collective vision of a Viksit Bharat @2047.
The camp was inaugurated by Keyi Panyor Deputy Commissioner Ankita Mishra, in presence of SP Dr Akanksha Milind Tamgadge, ADC Tajing Padung, CO Yazali Dr Kajum Mara, HoDs, and PRI members, among others.
A wide range of government departments participated in the camp, providing multiple services, assistance and information under a single roof. These included Agriculture, Horticulture, Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary, RD, Trade & Commerce, Health, Industry, UD & Housing, Power, PHE, Labour & Employment, Cooperation, Tourism, District Economics & Statistics, DDSE, Forest, WCD, Police, GA, Post Office, District Transport Office, Banking and other citizen services.
Various services were facilitated during the camp, including assistance under government welfare schemes, health screening and awareness, Aadhaar-related services, agricultural and horticultural schemes, livestock services, labour registration, postal and banking facilities, driving licence and motor vehicle-related forms, certificates and other essential public services.
Approximately 1,000 people from various villages under Yazali circle benefited from the camp.
APEDA Chairman Taba Tedir also visited the camp and interacted with the participating officers, officials and members of the public. He appealed to the general public to make full use of the facilities and services being provided.
DAPORIJO: The Seva Sankalp Abhiyan camp was conducted at Singhik Hall here, with the objective of facilitating access to various government services and strengthening last-mile delivery of public services to the people of Upper Subansiri district.
Upper Subansiri ZPC Jyoti Sikom, the chief guest inspected the camp, in presence of Deputy Commissioner Tasso Gambo, Superintendent of Police Pawan Yadav, besides ZPMs of Chetam and Nilling.
During the inspection, the dignitaries visited various departmental counters and reviewed the arrangements put in place for delivery of services to the public. They interacted with the officials and beneficiaries, and took stock of services and assistance being provided at the camp.
The camp saw the participation of more than 250 beneficiaries, who availed services and assistance from the participating departments. The initiative brought multiple government departments under one platform, enabling citizens to access services, receive information and obtain necessary assistance in a coordinated and convenient manner.
The inspection underscored the importance of effective inter-departmental coordination and efficient service delivery at the grassroots level. The participating departments were encouraged to ensure that eligible beneficiaries receive timely assistance and that public services are delivered in a transparent, accessible and citizen-centric manner.
LIKABALI: The Lower Siang District Administration organized the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan through a Seva Setu camp, in line with the Seva Aapke Dwar initiative, at Govt Sec School, Dipa today. The programme was organized to commemorate 25 years of public service by the Prime Minister.
The one-day camp brought the district administration and various line departments closer to the people by taking government services and information directly to the doorstep of villagers. The primary objective was to create awareness about various Central and State government schemes, programmes and welfare initiatives, while also facilitating the delivery of essential public services on the spot.
Lower Siang Deputy Commissioner Gobi Nyicyor and Likabali ZPM Karbi Nyodu Taipodia graced the programme. Addressing the gathering, the DC highlighted various government schemes, services and important programmes aimed at improving the welfare and development of the people. He encouraged the villagers to make full use of the services being provided through such outreach programmes.
The ZPM appreciated the efforts of the district administration in bringing government services closer to the people.
Similar Seva Setu camps were also organized at other administrative headquarters across the district, including Koyu, where local MLA Tojir Kadu highlighted the contribution of PM Modi and appreciated the efforts of the government towards addressing public concerns and promoting overall welfare of the people.
KHONSA: In a significant outreach effort to bring governance closer to the people, the Tirap District Administration in collaboration with various line departments successfully conducted Seva Sankalp Abhiyan camps across the district today, as part of the statewide initiative.
The camps witnessed enthusiastic participation from residents, who availed a wide range of government services, welfare schemes, and awareness programmes at their doorsteps.
The camps were conducted simultaneously across all four Assembly Constituencies of Tirap district.
At 57-Borduria-Bogapani A/C, the programme was graced by DC Tirap Badonlum Tawsik and ZPC Tirap John K K Matey, in presence of a host of officers and officials from all line departments.
At 55-Khonsa East A/C, the programme was graced by Deputy Commissioner Tirap Badonlum Tawsik, along with CO Bari Basip Techi Aniya, DHO Tagom Ronya, DPO L R Roy, Chief of Old Katang, and representatives of various departments, among others.
At 56-Khonsa West A/C, Assistant Commissioner N L Naam attended the camp, in presence of ZPM Lazu Najen Rangwang, officials from line departments, and others.
At 54-Namsang A/C, the camp was held at Govt Upper Primary School, Namsang, in presence of ADC Deomali Tana Bapu, ZPM Deomali Yalik Lowang, AC Indira Thomoung Riba, CO Soha Toko Kacha, PRI leaders, officials, and staff from all line departments.
NAMSAI: The Namsai District Administration organized Mega Outreach Camps under the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan – Under One Roof’ initiative at Momong, Jaipur and New Mohong covering the 46-Chongkham, 47-Namsai and 48-Lekang Assembly Constituencies, respectively.
The outreach camps brought together various line departments and service-delivery agencies to provide government services and facilitate access to welfare schemes at people's doorsteps.
At Joipur, MLA Namsai Zingnu Namchoom, Namsai DC and SP attended. At Momong, ADC Chongkham attended along with officers of line Departments. At Lekang, ZPC Namsai Chow Sujana Namchoom, former MLA Jummum Ete Deori, and AC Lekang were present.
ZIRO: Lower Subansiri District successfully wrapped up its Seva Sankalp Abhiyan outreach camp today at Govt Hr Sec School, Hija.
The single-window drive provided doorstep delivery of critical administrative, financial, healthcare, and welfare services to hundreds of local residents.
The day-long camp brought together departmental teams and key administrative leadership, operating under the overall direction of Deputy Commissioner Oli Perme. Officers and technical staff across more than 25 government departments were stationed on-site with essential records, approval authorities, and application forms to ensure real-time processing and service delivery.
Residents accessed a wide array of essential public services on-site throughout the day. General administration teams processed ST, Birth, Death, PRC, Income certificates, and Arm License renewals, while health teams conducted free medical check-ups, child immunisations, diagnostic tests, and direct enrolments under CMAAY, PMJAY, Dulari Kanya, and JSY schemes. Concurrently, Agriculture and allied departments processed applications for PM-Kisan, Soil Health Cards, Atmanirbhar Krishi and Pashu Palan Yojanas, and livestock treatments.
The outreach effort also addressed utility, social security, and financial needs across the community.
