ITANAGAR, Oct 7: The Itanagar Permanent Bench of the Gauhati High Court will remain closed from October 17 to 31 on account of the long vacation. The Registry, however, will function under a roster arrangement, with 50 per cent of its officers and staff attending office during the first part of the vacation and the remaining 50 per cent during the second part, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted holidays.
